Important information!
- One application form must be submitted for each person over the age of 18 that will be a resident.
- You may list up to 4 properties on the same forms.
- The application form must have a completed tenancy reference check.
- View the checklist for details on all the supporting documentation you need.
- Submissions of the completed application with all supporting documents can be handed into one of our offices or emailed to info@safehandspm.com.au

Safe Hands Property Management respects your right to privacy. We are bound by the National Privacy Principals contained in the Privacy Act 1988. Those Principals regulate most of our activities with respect to how personal information is collected, stored, used and disclosed by us. We will only disclose personal information to other parties as required to perform our duties as authoriesd under an agreement, to achieve a specified purpose, or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988.
