Change of Shared tenancy
This form is to be used:
- If some but not all of the current tenants are leaving.
or
- Being replaced by new tenants.
Please note:
- All new tenants must complete an application from, to be approved by the owner.
- All tenants will still have to sign a Change of Shared Tenancy form from the Office of Fair Trading.
