Managing your tenancy

  • Inspection of the property Inspections are conducted periodically and the reports forwarded to you. The first inspection and report is issued approximately 8 weeks from when the tenants move in. You are also invited to attend an inspection of your property
  • Collecting rents and managing arrears  Safe Hands collect all money for rent (including water usage), which is consolidated and transferred to you. We also keep arrears monitored daily so as to manage the situation and act when necessary.
  • Paying any accounts We also attend to the payment of accounts that can include property repairs, maintenance, rates and strata levies.
  • Repairs and maintenance We have teams of reliable and experienced tradespeople that are fully qualified and trusted to make repairs and attend maintenance jobs for an extensive range of matters.
  • Financial statements Monthly statements are provided to you by email. Also an end of financial year statement is made available to you after the mid-year.
  • How we keep you informed we employ means such as email and sms to keep you up to date. Property managers have mobile phones for direct contact with clients. Newsletters are also provided on our website and by subscription.
