Pool Inspections
Pool compliance inspections are mandatory for multi-occupancy and tourist accommodation every three years. From 29th April 2015, there are big changes to the way Pool Owners in New South Wales need to approach pool safety. You will need to arrange a pool fence inspection if:
You can lease a property to a new tenant, or renew the lease of an existing tenant, with or without a Compliance Certificate for the balance of 2014. You can also sell a property with a pool with or without a Compliance Certificate for the balance of 2014. Should you think about a pool nspection now then? YES!
A member of the Safehands Property Management team will be able to organise an inspection of your pool through My Pool Inspection. My Pool Inspection are experts. They have completed over 14,000 pool inspections and we have a network of Government-licenced Certifiers qualified to issue NSW Government Compliance.
