Just some positive feedback to say that Rex has been very reliable and easy to work with in the rental tenancy process.
As you know, moving house has the potential to be a very stressful process. I’m my case the stressful part was making sure I gave the 21 days notice to my previous rental agency. Rex made sure he communicated the progress of our rental application at one of your properties so that I could give my previous tenant agency notice to vacate.
Upon receiving approval for tenancy at one of your properties, Rex made sure I was notified outside office hours, which gave me peace of mind and helped me plan for the moving process. He was also very good at organising a time and date to sign the lease that was appropriate for both myself and the agency.
