Carl started working in real estate part time while still in High School. He was awarded a Youth Grant to complete his certificate of Registration in 2017 and gained further work experience at PRD that same year.
Based on his impressive performance and work attitude, Carl was offered a position as a junior property Management Associate with Safe Hands Property Management and commenced in that role in 2018.
